Electrode and Sandstorm of PAC
PAC stands for Parahuman Activity Commission. Their job as Federal law enforcement is to handle super powered threats beyond the scope of standard law enforcement ability. PAC is directly attached to the FBI, but operates out of a parahuman equivalent called the FPA (Federal Protection Agency).
