Toquero is the last of the Etorian people whose planet was destroyed by Maniac. On Earth, Toquero was amazed to discover Killer Whales and how much they look like him. He named himself after them to be an Earth hero.
Killerwhale can control water and his stats are stronger by one in water as well. He can swim over 100 mph and jump right through the thick hull of whaling ships. He hates whaling ships. He can also communicate with any form of whale, dolphin, porpoise, octopus, squid, or manatee. He can communicate with star whales from the planet surface if they are somewhere near Earth's position.
Killerwhale is a pleasant and peaceful being when not fighting for a good cause somehow.
